Harlem Shake first opened their doors in 2013 and instantly became a neighborhood hit.

While there were certainly other great burger joints around, Harlem Shake stands alone.
Firstly the restaurant’s layout is a total throwback retro vibe.
That could be the reason Harlem Shake has become a fan favorite among celebrities.

Not only is the ambience a big draw but so is the food!
Two of the most popular items on the menu are their signature Burgers and Shakes.

I was really in the mood for a good burger, fries and shake combo.
There were so many delicious milkshake options to choose from.
Peanut Butter,Mocha & Salted Caramel just to name a few.
Nonetheless I decided to go with the “The Harlem Shake” which is their signature Red Velvet Shake.

The Red Velvet Shake was delicious.
Made with Vanilla Ice Cream, Milk and chunks of Red Velvet cake.
Cleary I had made the right choice for my shake.
Next it was time to choose my burger, which there were five options to choose from.
Along with three meats options there was also a veggie burger option and a meatless burger option.
With that being said I do try to limit my red meat consumption.
So I decided to go with their Impossible Classic burger and regular Fries.

TWO IMPOSSIBLE MEAT PATTIES,HOME-MADE PICKLES,ONIONS,AND SPECIAL SAUCE ON A BUTTERED AND TOASTED MARTIN’S POTATO ROLL,SERVED WITH AMERICAN CHEESE.

In spite of my burger being meatless I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the meat.
Also the special sauce added a nice kick to the burger patties as well.
My only complaint is that the cheese sauce comes on the side.
I would have preferred the cheese be melted and poured over my French Fries instead.
Apart from that we really enjoyed our meal from Harlem Shack!
