
If are looking to host a private event this Summer I would highly recommend Pig Beach BBQ.
I had the pleasure of attending an private event at PIG-BEACH BBQ.

Pig Beach offers one of those fun and unique experiences that makes me happy to be a New Yorker!

Pig Beach is an exciting foray into the Smoked Meat Universe, unlike anything in New York City.
Located in the old industrial Studio Square space this location is not lacking in capacity.

Firstly, I have to say their team did an amazing job curating our private menu.

Ok now lets talk food.
First we started off with some pitches of various Cocktails on the Rocks.

LOSING NEMO–Flor de Cana Rum, Coconut Rum, Orange & Pineapple Juice, Grenadine
LOOSE LUCY- VODKA,GRAPEFRUIT,ELDERFLOWER,LIME
COLONEL BASIL–Cucumber Vodka, Watermelon Juice, Basil, Lime
BROOKLYN GIN BERRY LEMONDADE–Brooklyn Gin,Berries & Lemonade
GAMBLER CORTEZ–Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila,Yuzu Juice, & Lime.
MILLIONAIRES LEMONADE –Jack Daniels Whiskey,Lemonade,Ice Tea,Mint
Although all of these drinks were delicious and very tasty since, I love my drinks spicy so I have to say The Gambler Cortez was my favorite of the bunch.
Following that they brought out the Deluxe Sampler Platter.

BEEF BRISKET,BABY BACK RIBS,SMOKED TURKEY BREAST,LAMB SHOULDER,PULLED PORK SHOULDER,YANKEE RED HOT SAUSAGE LINKS & HATCH WINGS
Obviously I had to try everything included in the platter but the Hatch Wings & Pulled Pork Shoulder were my favorite’s here.
Next it was time for the SANDWICH PLATTER.

PULLED PORK,FRIED CHICKEN,CHEF JEFF’S BRISKET,YANKEE RED HOT
Of course I wanted to try everything on this platter.
But I went with the Fried Chicken sandwich which was really good.
Undoubtedly it was their champion mustard sauce that kicked it up a notch.
Not long after that was the Tasting Of All Sides.

MAC & CHEESE,COLLARD GREENS,BAKED BEANS,HOUSE PICKLES,PURPLE COLESLAW,VINEGAR COLESLAW, & LOADED FRIES

Along with the Baked Beans and Collard Greens the Purple Coleslaw were my favorites.
Next up was the Snap-o-Raxxo Hot Dog Platter.

Cheese Sauce
Cherry Pepper Relish
Picked Jalapenos
Bacon
Obviously the Pulled Pork with Jalapeno was my favorite.
Then it was time to try some Plant-Based BBQ.

IMPOSSIBLE BURGERS & SMOKED JACK FRUIT SANDWICHES
Since I was already stuffed and saving room for dessert, I passed on this platter.
But I did hear from fellow foodies that the Impossible Burger was pretty good.
Last but certainly not least we come to the Dessert Platter.
