Three Reasons to Visit Lagos Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.

IKOYI FROSE FROM LAGOS TSQ-NYC
IKOYI FROSE

1) LAGOS in New York City’s Time Square is a premiere spot for visitors and locals alike.

LAGOS-NYC

And for good reason with their location being in the heart of the action.

As a matter of fact this restaurant is accessible by any means of transportation in and around the city.

2) You are guaranteed to have a great time any day of the week.

“Embark on a tantalizing West-African Fusion Experience at Lagos Restaurant and Lounge โ€“ where global culture converges

INDOOR DECOR

“Immerse yourself in the vibrancy of a New York City restaurant pulsating with the heartbeat of Nigeria.”

SUNDAY BRUNCH

Obviously decor is important to the owners of this restaurant.

The space here is really pretty vibrant and very spacious.

The hours of operation at Lagos TSQ are from 12p-2am which is fitting for the city that never sleeps.

Additionally there is a Thursday Ladies Night, M-F Happy Hour and a weekend Brunch that is really a party with pancakes! I loved it!

D.J SPINNING

“It’s not just dining; it’s a metropolitan symphony of cultural fusion.”

3) The Food & Drinks here are delicious especially their Jollof Rice!

So Now lets talk food & drinks!

Firstly we ordered some Brunch Cocktails.

LEKKI MARGARITA

$17

SUYA MARGARITA-
superbird fuego, barrow’s intense ginger, cointreau, lime, agave, habanero, suya salt rim
$19

IKOYI FROSE

grey goose essences watermelon basil, st. germaine, strawberry, rosรฉ wine
$17

The drinks really were delicious nicely crafted with the right balance of ingredients and alcohol.

After that I had ordered a 8 piece Wing platter for my appetizer.

I decided to go with the traditional BBQ flavored wings.

WINGS
8. pieces $19

I enjoyed my wings they were very tasty.

Following that the waiters brought out our entrees which was their Nigerian Breakfast and Jollof Rice.

NIGERIAN BREAKFAST
Fried plantain, puree stew, sunny side up egg
$18

SIDES$12
SWEET PLANTAINS

SIDES$12
VEGGIE MIX

JOLLOF RICE
Slow-cooked one-pot rice, tomatoes, red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, ginger

So In my opinion the Nigerian Breakfast lacked substance.

Conversely their Jollof was the clear Star here it was absolutely delicious.

Without a doubt I will be their Jollof with shrimp the next time I visit.

Lastly because there is always room and time for dessert I had a slice of their Red Velvet Cake.

RED VELVET CAKE
$12

RED VELVET CAKE

Not only was the Red Velvet Cake nice and light but also very moist. Very good!

To conclude I would highly recommend Lagos-TSQ for a fun Brunch experience.
